The topic of this article is the presentation and analysis of legal norms governing the procedure and conditions, reasons for regular and extraordinary termination of employment contracts, detailed procedure for extraordinary termination of employment contracts, as well as legal protection of employees’ rights in the event of termination of employment contract.
